At Astronauts With Angel Wings, we strive to inspire creativity and foster a love for the arts in our community. Our mission is to encourage, support, and showcase unbounded artistic expression by artists from all walks of life, while using the power and benefits of the creative process to give back. Hi, my name is Nick and I am the artist behind
Astronauts With Angel Wings!
Born and raised in Worcester, MA, USA, I was lucky enough to grow up in a safe, loving home with both parents and two siblings. We weren't wealthy by any means, but my parents always made sure I had what I needed to explore my creative side. My teachers in the Worcester Public Schools believed in the power of art and expression and encouraged us to explore those things freely.
No matter what life has thrown at me, art, music, and writing played a huge part in my ability to make it through. I truly believe that freedom of expression is essential, and creativity provides a path to healing - physically, mentally, and spiritually. At the very least, it can provide a healthy escape during hard times. A child being denied that chance simply because they lack access to materials? That’s unacceptable to me.
